The London Mental Health Transformation programme is encouraging those with an interest in mental health to participate in an online survey to inform the future direction of London’s Mental Health Dashboard.
In 2016 the London Mental Health Transformation programme developed the London Mental Health Dashboard to act as a strategic planning tool for London, bringing together information from a range sources and organisations to provide an overall picture of mental health across the capital. The main purpose of the dashboard is to bring the best information we have about mental health together in one place, as a resource for everyone with an interest in improving care.
We are currently undertaking an evaluation on the work conducted so far on the Mental Health Dashboard to understand the impact that the dashboard has had on London’s health system. This evaluation is seeking to involve those working in London Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs), NHS Mental Health Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), clinicians and other statutory stakeholders. The aim of the evaluation will be to understand how the London Mental Health Dashboard can be improved and strengthened to increase its impact and to identify features that could be developed to enhance usability.
The full evaluation will consist of a desktop review of programme documentation and academic literature, semi structured interviews and an online survey which will underpin the evaluation findings.
