North West London children and young people asthma network event

Healthy London Partnership, together with the Whole Systems Integrated Care team, co-hosted an event  on 27 February 2019 bringing together people working to improve children and young people’s (CYP) asthma care in North West London.

The aim was to learn from eachother and share insights from those working across the system in North West London, recognising the focus on linking up the system highlighted by the NHS Long Term Plan.
