Pledge - Making every contact count - March 2018 (.pdf)Signing up to the London Making Every Contact Count (MECC) pledge is the first step in demonstrating your organisations commitment to building the training, infrastructure, cultural and environmental enablers that enable staff to make every contact count.
Pledge using our online form to implement MECC or enhance your current MECC programme to meet bronze, silver or gold standard (as per the criteria on the framework).
Once you have submitted your pledge you can complete the online form to submit for an award.
Award Submission Form – your organisation will need to upload evidence showing they have met the criteria for their chosen level and to assist you with your submission you can download or print off the Award Submission Check List that details the evidence required for bronze, silver and gold.
