One you is a National resource for individuals to guide them through a self assessment of their alcohol intake as well as other lifestyle choices.

  Drinkaware

Drinkaware is an independent charity working to reduce alcohol misuse and harm in the UK and to help people make better choices about drinking. They provide facts, advice and tools to help people increase their awareness of their drinking through self assessment or tracking tools and offers advice on cutting down, what to do if you are concerned about someone else’s drinking and how to stay safe while drinking.

  Drink wise, age well

Drink wise, age well provides information on alcohol and getting older to allow you to make informed choices about your alcohol use. We provide information on alcohol unit guidelines, tips for cutting down and where and how to get help if you need it.

  One Year No Beer

One Year No beer is an organisation who challenge and support people to go alcohol free for 28 days, 90 days or 90 days plus.
