Kings College London have published the sixth LeDeR Annual Report: learning from lives and deaths – people with a learning disability and autistic people. The report focuses on avoidable deaths by highlighting where the care of people with a learning disability or autistic people can be improved to address premature deaths, having a positive impact on service provision.
Alongside the report, NHS England has published the LeDeR Action from Learning report, describing some of the work being undertaken across the country by the NHS to reduce health inequalities and premature mortality amongst people with a learning disability.
