Our event on Wednesday 2 August 2017 explored what delivering future primary care services means for your London practice. We heard from those already working in new ways and learned how to understand tools and techniques to support your practices in integrating new roles.
This free event focused on bringing practice teams, commissioners and other key stakeholders together from across the system to build momentum and to learn and plan together to implement the workforce changes necessary to deliver the NHS General Practice Forward View.
The event aimed to support attendees to:
- Acquire an overview of the workforce priorities from National and Local GPFV leads
- Gain inspiration from a range of presentations raising awareness of innovative practice in delivering workforce change and showcasing new roles
- Review the challenges and opportunities of workforce in London in discussion sessions on leadership and change management
- Network and share knowledge with other General Practice colleagues and other service providers from across London
