A visual guide to social prescribing designed to help local commissioners take the first steps towards implementing social prescribing locally. This animation draws on what we have learned so far and from the best available evidence to support local implementation. 

This guide has been co-produced with experts by experience from NHS North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups and draws on inspiration and learning from the early adopters and innovators, including those in Bromley-by-Bow, Rotherham, Bristol, City & Hackney.
