Pledge by London Borough of Hackney

1) Are improving the health of children and young people, tackling childhood obesity and working with pregnant mothers and children under five years old.
2) Provide a Health Visiting Service which delivers two additional health reviews to first time and vulnerable families to support increasing health and social outcomes for those most in need.
3) Continue to support and commission Family Nurse Partnership which supports young, vulnerable first-time mothers.
