Homeless Health and Care Practitioners Network Hub

Welcome to the London Homeless Health and Care Practitioners Network Hub, a repository of presentations and learning for those working within the homelessness sector in London. Our aim is to provide you with the support and resources you need to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by homelessness.

The hub is an online collection of videos and articles stemming from the Homeless Health and Care Practitioner’s Network, a forum that is convened by the pan-London Homeless Health Programme on a monthly basis. The Network consists of frontline clinical and non-clinical teams working in homeless health and care. This page will feature past recordings from these meetings as well as supporting content or articles connected with the themes and topics discussed during the meetings.

Our resources cover a wide range of topics, including mental health, physical health, housing, and support. You’ll find practical guidance, case studies, and expert opinions that will help you better understand the challenges faced by those affected by homelessness.

If you would like to contribute a resource to the page or would like to join the Homeless Health and Care Practitioners Network, please contact us at rf-tr.hlp-homelesshealth@nhs.net.
