Patient experience survey dashboard
The national patient experience survey was sent out between October 2016 and March 2017. Questionnaires were sent by post with two reminders where necessary, with an option to complete online. A Freephone helpline was available to provide access to a translation and interpreting facility.
The national survey has been running since 2010 however the 2016 results should only be compared with the results of the 2015 survey, due to major changes to the questions and scoring to the previous surveys.
