23rd January 2020

The NHS Apps Library helps patients and the public to find trusted health and wellbeing apps. These digital tools have been assessed by the NHS as meeting a range of standards. The NHS Go app provides young people with confidential health advice and access to trusted medical information at the touch of a button.

NHS Go is a free to download app designed by young people for young people. It launched in 2016 and has been downloaded over 80,000 times via the Apple and Google Play Stores. More than a million pages of health information have been viewed by young Londoners within the app. The most popular areas are sexual health, mental health and puberty.

Users can also read health related articles, search for nearby services, and find out more information regarding their rights within the NHS.
