The Mayor of London has been determined to do everything he can to support European Londoners through the Brexit process. The UK may have left the EU on Friday 31 January, but London will remain a global European city and open to the world.
On Brexit day, the Mayor welcomed European Londoners and their families to City Hall to receive free advice on the EU Settlement Scheme from immigration lawyers.
Good Thinking were also invited to attend the event held at City Hall to showcase London’s Digital Mental Wellbeing service to EU nationals living in London who are feeling emotional or vulnerable as a result of Brexit.
This was an opportunity to make European Londoners feel welcome and supported at a difficult time and to share with them the free resources and apps to help with stress, anxiety, low mood and trouble sleeping available through Good Thinking.
Both Good Thinking and the LondonIsOpen event were featured on BBC London News, BBC Radio London and the New York Times.
