Support for IAPT staff

There are a number of examples of IAPT services improving the wellbeing of their staff:

Camden and Islington: Have an active ethnic minority working group, which organised reflective groups for staff in response to the Black Lives Matter movement. The group also looked at the promotion prospects of staff from an ethnic minority, and found that ethnicity at PWP level is representative, but gets less diverse at more senior levels. The group is recruiting members from different staff groups within the service (e.g. admin, PWP, HIT and management team) to get broad input and representation to address this inequality.
