I can access my GP anytime – even on my holiday!

My GP practice is blessed with wonderful staff but in the past calling in to book appointments when I was sick or on my way to work was often frustrating and fruitless. By the time I got through the appointments that suited me would often be taken by those in the queue ahead.

I’m sixty years old and have been a patient at the Earlsfield Practice for eight years. For six of those years I have been using the fantastic and easy to use GP online services. I live with seven members of my family including my four children. We all use GP online services and I also use it in a care capacity for my elderly mother in law. It’s safe and secure and means I can go online to access all the services provided by my GP practice.

Booking and cancelling appointments, getting repeat prescriptions and being able to check my mother in law and my records online is invaluable to me.

It saves precious time not having to call in or visit the surgery unnecessarily and I can do it all at a time that suits me.

On a recent holiday to South Africa my daughter and I both became unwell. I knew I needed to book an appointment with the GP for my return and I did this from my phone. I was also able to look up my recent vaccinations and blood test results.

We all love that we can manage our health online and recommend it to everyone as a way of managing your health more easily and at a time convenient to you.”
