Good Thinking shortlisted for the 2020 BMJ Awards

24th February 2020

We are delighted to announce that Good Thinking has been shortlisted for the Mental Health Team category at this year’s BMJ Awards.

Good Thinking is a unique digital wellbeing service designed to support Londoners who are looking for personalised new ways to improve how they feel every day. It offers safe, proactive, early intervention tools to help with the four most common wellbeing concerns: anxiety, depression, stress, sleep.

The 24-hour online service finds people who may be struggling with a range of issues impacting on their mental health and directs them to resources that meet their personalised needs.

Dr Richard Graham, Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Lead for Good Thinking, said:  “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this award.

“With one in six adults in London experiencing mental ill health in any week, it is vital that we continue to look for new ways to support them. At Good Thinking we’re aiming to better understand this and offer Londoners the resources they need to make lasting changes that will improve how they feel every day, and every night.

“The BMJ Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the innovation that teams bring to their patients, we are delighted that our efforts to provide a mental wellbeing service that is free for Londoners has been recognised.”
