Good Thinking, the NHS-approved digital wellbeing service, has launched its Insights report for 2020/21 showing achievements and progress over the past year.
The focus of Good Thinking is to support Londoners to look after their health and wellbeing in a way that works best for them through the provision of free, 24/7 digital support. Throughout 2021, the service has focused on eight key areas, including: the co-production of faith-based wellbeing resources; working with Thrive LDN to deliver the Mayor of London’s Wellbeing Recovery Mission; developing bespoke resources for Londoner’s struggling with either trauma or lack of sleep; and the promotion of digital inclusion through a series of workshop and webinar sessions.
